Go To a Full List of OHA Decisions
Below is a searchable database of the decisions issued by judges within OHA, organized by docket number. Since most decisions issued by judges within OHA are subject to further administrative appeal, some decisions listed in this database may not be the final agency decision. You may check with the Office of Hearings and Appeals regarding the status of any decision. This database does not contain all decisions issued by the judges within OHA, but we are continuously adding to the list and hope to have all decisions included here eventually.

however, that due to the formatting limitations of HTML, some formatting features of the original decisions, such as page numbering, lines, and spacing, may have
been modified or lost in the conversion from the original format to HTML. In 2004, OHA began posting its decisions in PDF format to render its original decisions
with high fidelity, thus minimizing the loss of any formatting features. In the event of any discrepancies between the original decision and the HTML or PDF
presented here, the original decision shall be controlling. To view or print the document in PDF, the Adobe Reader software must be installed on your computer.

Please enter your search criteria in the box below. You can enter legal concepts (such as "ability to benefit"), or
case names, or docket numbers (such as "94-216-SP"). The year field pull down menu allows the user to limit or restrict search results to the year a case was
docketed, not the year the decision was issued.
