Below is a searchable database of the decisions issued by the waiver and hearing officials within OHA, organized by docket number. Waiver and overpayment decisions constitute final agency decisions.

For all of the hypertext decisions, you can view the full text of the decision online by following the link. The overpayment decisions are provided in PDF format.

The case names for all waiver and offset decisions have been partially redacted to reflect only the first name of the Respondent. The service page of the decisions which includes Respondent's home address has been entirely redacted.

Please note that some formatting features of the original decisions, such as page numbering, lines, and spacing, may have been modified or lost in the conversion from the original format to PDF. In the event of any discrepancies between the original decision and the versions available from this website, the original decision shall be controlling.
